PBS GROUP has achieved another important milestone in its strategic collaboration with Lockheed Martin on the development and qualification of advanced manufacturing processes for F-35 aircraft components.
During a recent visit to Lockheed Martin’s manufacturing site in Fort Worth, Texas—where the F-35 fighter aircraft is produced—PBS presented its latest results and reviewed the next steps of the multi-phase project with Lockheed Martin’s technical leadership.
The project, which formally began with a signed agreement in May 2024, is structured in several phases and supported by strategic investments in advanced infrastructure and specialized expertise. To ensure success, PBS is also working with selected external partners providing services in areas such as additive manufacturing, surface treatment, and high-temperature materials processing.
The partnership remains on schedule and continues to demonstrate PBS GROUP’s capability to deliver advanced technologies that strengthen global defense supply chains.
The Fort Worth visit underscores the depth of the PBS–Lockheed Martin relationship and reflects both companies’ shared commitment to advancing innovation in defense production.
