The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Marian Jurečka, visited PBS Velká Bíteš. During his visit, he learned about the company’s key activities and toured selected facilities, including the jet engine testing center.
As part of his regional visit, Minister Marian Jurečka stopped by PBS Velká Bíteš. His visit began with a meeting with company leadership, where an open discussion took place about current projects, development directions, and the challenges faced not only by PBS but by the broader industrial sector in the Czech Republic. The conversation also touched on the shortage of skilled labor, support for technical education, and the importance of stability in the labor market.
Following the meeting, the Minister toured the company premises. The first stop was the Investment Casting Division, where he had the opportunity to take a closer look at production processes and the advanced technology behind precision casting—an essential foundation for many key components used in the aerospace and energy industries. The highlight of the visit was a tour of the testing facility, where Minister Jurečka witnessed jet engine testing in real-time.
