PBS GROUP, a leading Czech engineering group and an international leader in small aircraft engines, is strengthening its research and development. Since April, it has established a new technical development division where experts will develop innovative production methods and technologies. It is investing a quarter of a billion crowns in the new division. The move will help to speed up development, innovation and, subsequently, production.
"The establishment of a separate development division is a strategic step for the further development of our group and the expansion of cooperation with our customers. The development of new products and the achievement of better parameters of the existing ones are a guarantee for the future growth of our group but also help to meet the expectations and needs of our customers. The constant pace of innovation helps us stay ahead of the competition," explains Petr Kádner, PBS GROUP CEO.
Development and innovation have been key elements of PBS GROUP's success for decades, not only in the aviation sector, but also in the energy market and cryogenics segment. The division will be provided with new safe facilities, in-house test production and testing capabilities at the plant in Velká Bíteš. The total volume of investment in these changes will be over CZK 200 million.
