PBS continues to invest in advanced manufacturing technologies as part of a major modernization program at its production facilities. The first phase of the expansion and modernization of the DLT1 facility has now been successfully completed.
As part of this phase, new MAZAK CNC machines were installed in so-called three-machine cells designed to maximize production automation and efficiency. This setup significantly enhances machining precision, operational flexibility, and overall productivity.
The project forms part of a large-scale investment in the plant totaling CZK 700 million, underscoring PBS’s long-term commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable growth. Additional machines will soon be delivered to the new DLT2 production hall, where the next stage of expansion will continue.
