Our customers appreciate our competence in the field of challenging turbocharger component castings.
Turbine blades and gas turbine segments
We cast rotor and stator blades for industrial gas turbines. The gas turbine blades are made of IN 738C, IN 713LC, Mar M247 and B1914.
Aircraft engine impellers and guide wheels
These are technically very challenging castings operating at temperatures up to 950°C. The most challenging castings are precision castings of impellers and guide wheels for jet engine TJ100.
Spinner discs
We deliver defibrator disc castings to manufacturers throughout Europe.
Femoral components
PBS has mastered the technology of precision casting of more than ten different types of cobalt-based superalloy castings. Our foundry technicians are directly involved in the development of castings for the healthcare industry, which are subject to great demands.
Precision casting spare parts in stock
We are very sensitive to the needs of the market and our customers, which is why we keep the most popular spare parts in stock. We immediately supply turbine blades for turbines MS5001, MS5002 and MS3002.

Reverse engineering and our own development center
If there are no available technical drawings, we can scan the supplied casting and produce a corresponding final product in our own development center.

PBS is capable of creating castings from a wide variety of nickel and cobalt alloys. We always adapt the alloy selection to the customer's current needs.
Rapid prototyping method
Based on the supplied 3D documentation, we are able to develop products from the model to the final product.
