Reporting Line (Whistleblowing)
We have established a reporting channel through which our employees, persons performing work for our organization outside an employment relationship, job applicants, volunteers, and other persons may report unlawful conduct that they have encountered or learned about in connection with the performance of work or other similar activities.
How can you submit a report?A report may be submitted in several ways:
- via a link using an online form (the preferred method of reporting, whereby the reporter is issued a reporting token enabling them to view the report again and track the progress of its handling; the reporter can also view the outcome of the investigation and the measures taken),
- by post to the address of our company.
If the reporter does not wish to use the reporting system of První brněnská strojírna Velká Bíteš, a. s., they may submit the report directly to the Ministry of Justice.
Reports may also be submitted anonymously. However, anonymous reporters are not entitled to protection against retaliatory measures, and the designated person is not obliged to deal with anonymous reports. Once the identity of the reporter becomes known, the reporter is entitled to protection under the Whistleblower Protection Act. Reports are generally handled within 30 days of submission. In justified cases, this period may be extended; the reporter will be informed of any extension.
The designated person shall not provide third parties with information that could in any way jeopardize the purpose of the report, the reporter themselves, or other persons.
The acceptance of reports from persons who do not perform work or other similar activities for the organization is excluded.
