Shorter Working Day
Our standard working day is just 7.5 hours. This gives our employees more time outside work while helping them stay focused and productive during the day.
Twice-Yearly Bonuses
Employees can receive two additional financial bonuses each year, based on their contribution, effort and performance.
Subsidised Meals
We subsidise freshly prepared meals in our company canteen, with seven options available for CZK 25–40 per serving.
Commuting Allowance
Employees who live more than 15 km from PBS can receive a contribution towards their commuting costs.
MultiSport Card
We support an active and healthy lifestyle by contributing CZK 700 towards a MultiSport card. The card provides access to a wide network of gyms, swimming pools, sports centres and other leisure facilities.
Pension Contribution
We contribute CZK 13,200 per year towards eligible pension savings, life insurance or a long-term investment product (DIP). The benefit is available from the first day of employment.
Annual Leave
Our employees receive 23 days of paid annual leave each year, giving them more time to rest, recharge, enjoy their hobbies and spend time with family.
Attendance Bonus
Employees who complete their full scheduled working hours can receive an attendance bonus of CZK 2,000 per quarter. This benefit rewards regular attendance and reliability.
