We cast knee replacements for the orthopedic industry. We have mastered the technology of precision casting of more than ten different types of cobalt-based superalloy castings to produce them. Our foundry technicians are directly involved in the development of other types of components.
The PBS foundry uses state-of-the-art equipment and adheres to strict production conditions, which give customers a guarantee of high-quality castings for any use. For inspections, we use both X-ray inspection methods and chemical analysis of castings, as well as their 3D dimensional inspection and FPI-testing
