STG I and STG II steam back pressure turbines and TG axial multistage tubes

Our product range includes modern single-stage (STG I) and two-stage (STG II) steam turbines and multi-stage axial back-pressure turbines (TG). These rotating machines are used to reduce steam pressure and are used in power units of heating plants, incineration plants, in industry and other areas. A backpressure turbine can drive an electric generator, but it can also be used for mechanical drives - compressors, pumps, fans.

Back pressure steam turbines STG I

The turbines are only equipped with one turbine stage located on the shaft overhang and equipped with only one seal. The turbine stage is in two basic modifications - a radial stage and an axial stage. Alternatively, partial admission of the impeller is used. They are characterized by their high efficiency in comparison with competing turbines of the same design thanks to a wide range of specially designed turbine stages.

Back pressure steam turbines STG II

These are double-shaft turbines with a high-pressure and low-pressure STG I module, which are connected in series and suitable for double-pressure steam boilers, as they allow steam to be supplied to the turbine at two pressure levels. They are equipped with one turbine stage on each shaft. The stages are in two basic modifications - radial and axial. They are characterized by their high efficiency in comparison with competing turbines of the same design as well as multi-stage axial turbines in terms of parameters and price, thanks to a wide range of specially designed turbine stages.

Back pressure steam turbines TG

These are standard multi-stage axial turbines used in power generation units and mechanical drives. Depending on the requirements, they can be equipped with one regulated and one unregulated exhaust. They can also operate in suppressed condensation mode (used in the heating industry).

Application in production

Steam Turbine DEZA

Delivery of a 10.8 MWe steam turbine consisting of two STG I type back pressure turbines in a tandem arrangement to drive a common generator. The tandem arrangement enabled the customer's requirements for operating modes to be fully met.

Steam back pressure turbine STG II Sokolov

Delivery of steam back pressure turbine STG II consisting of two turbine modules mounted on a common gearbox used to drive a synchronous generator with an output of 2.7 MWe. The first turbine stage is equipped with nozzle control to ensure a wide operating range while maintaining high efficiency.
