Gauge calibration

PBS has two calibration laboratories in which length, planar and torque gauges, as well as temperature, pressure and electrical level gauges are calibrated. 
  • The gauges are calibrated in accordance with §5, paragraph 6 of Act No. 505/1990 Coll. on metrology, as amended
  • Gauges and standards of PBS Velká Bíteš are bound to national standards.
  • The measurement results are documented in the calibration sheet.
  • At the customer's request, we label gauges with calibration labels stating the validity of the calibration.

PBS has a quality management system certified under AS9100, which is regularly audited by the following certification authorites: the Civil Aviation Authority, the EASA European agency, and a NADCAP audit.
